As a result, when buying an order is “locked in” to protect the dealer from market risk, and to provide you your precious metals at the agreed upon price without market fluctuations that might move against you. The same is applicable if you are selling your precious metals.

1. To place an order, either place an order online, or call us at (800) 390-8576 or visit us at our office at 2151 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Suite 210, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. Online, on the phone, or in person, we will establish an order based on the current spot prices plus the premium of the precious metals you select. When we determine the actual silver, gold, platinum, palladium or diamond items that you are going to purchase we lock in the price and provide you with a Trade Confirmation number and document via email. The Trade Confirmation is a contract that legally obligates us to sell and you to buy at that price, regardless of what happens later with the market spot price. Just like purchasing stocks or bonds, we cannot cancel or change the contract once we have entered into it and locked in the price.
2. After your order is confirmed, you must send payment within forty-eight (48) hours by personal check or bank wire. If you send a personal check, we will ship your order 5 – 10 business days after we receive your check (essentially, we ship immediately when your check clears, and this depends upon when your bank releases your funds). We do not charge any wire fees for bank wires that are incoming to our account.

1. Selling to us is a similar process to buying. You can call us at (800) 390-8576 and we will quote you a current price for whatever items you would like to sell. If you decide you want to sell at the price we provide for you we will execute a Trade Confirmation that locks in the discussed price and provides you with a confirmation number. Once again, the Trade Confirmation legally obligates us to buy and for you to sell at the agreed upon price, regardless of what later happens in the market.
2. Once the order is confirmed, we will give you specific instructions on how to package, insure, and ship your coins and/or bars. (Click here for shipping details.) When your package(s) arrive, we will verify the count and content of your shipment, and send you a check within 24 hours of receiving your metals. If you would like a bank wire, we are happy to wire you your funds within 24 hours – please note that a bank wire fee WILL apply in this case. You can also bring your metals to our office where we can provide you payment immediately.
Please note: The contract that we write with you, whether buying or selling, is legally binding. You bind yourself to pay all costs we may incur if you fail to fulfill your obligation under the contract.
