2019 1 oz Gold American Eagle Coin BU

These are the 2019 1 oz Gold American Eagle Coins from the United States Mint.  They are the newest edition of the 1 oz Gold American Eagle series from the US Mint.  These regal coins are struck on 22-karat gold planchets.  The Augustus Saint-Gaudens design American Gold Eagle coin is an icon worldwide as the standard for bullion investment.

The American Eagle Series is by and large the most desirable and highly sought after gold coin created by the U.S. Mint.  These 2019 1 oz Gold American Eagle coins are one of the few officially recognized investment grade gold bullion coins.  As such, their purity, content and weight are guaranteed by the United States Government for eligibility in precious metals IRAs.

The 2019 1 oz Gold American Eagle coin contains 1 full ounce of pure gold. The gold used in these coins is, by law, sourced from mines in the United States.  The coin is beautifully and expertly alloyed with Silver and Copper to create a more durable and resilient coin than a pure 24-karat coin.

The 2019 1 oz Gold American Eagle coins are comprised of .9167 ounces of gold, .0533 ounces of silver, and .03 ounces of copper.

The gold content, as well as the symbolic face value, are inscribed on the American Gold Eagle Coin.  Both the BU (Brilliant Uncirculated) version and the Proof Eagle version of this coin are the same in every way, except for the treatment applied to the dies that strike these coins.  We recommend the BU version of these coins for all purposes except for collectors who specifically require the Proof.

Also available, are the same exact coins from years past. These coins are known as “Random Year” coins because they are not available in any specific year. They still have all of the same features, design, and are in BU condition. These coins are typically available at a lower cost than the newest and most current release due to availability.
