The new 2020 Great Britain 1 oz Silver Britannia are now available! They are produced and issued by the Royal Mint in Silver since 1997. Since 2013, they have been produced with .999 fine pure silver, a contrast to years prior where the coins were made of 95.8% Silver. The design of the Britannia was created by Philip Nathan in 1987, and has not changed since that date. The 2020 Great Britain 1 oz Silver Britannia is the same, beautiful and highly regarded coin today as it was when they were first minted.

The Great Britain 1 oz Silver Britannia BU is one full troy ounce, these beautiful coins show Jody Clark’s Queen Elizabeth II in profile on the obverse side while the reverse, designed by Philip Nathan, depicts Britannia holding a trident in one hand and a shield emblazoned with the Union Jack in the other.
