This common date Australian 1 oz Silver Kookaburra is a beautiful .9999 fine Silver coin from the Perth Mint in Australia.  This Australian Silver coin is one troy ounce of 99.9% fine silver and features Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse side and the Kookaburra, a bird native to Australia, on the reverse side.  Every year the reverse Kookaburra design changes to a new design, providing unique designs every year as far back as 1990, the original mint date.  These common date BU Silver coins are our choice of date, the reverse design will vary by year.
