We have a 7 step explicit Client Satisfaction Process that guarantees that you will receive your specific precious metals in a timely fashion that has been well communicated to you. This is a key differentiator with our firm, as most other firms and precious metals websites simply take payment and send you a single confirmation email.
The 7 Step Process:
- We thoroughly discuss with our clients all precious metals options relating to the type of metal, form (coins, bars, bullion, other), price differences, type of payment options, delivery time frames, future liquidity, and “best value”. Upon client instruction, prices and quantities for selected items are “locked in” at the prevailing spot prices and premiums.
- A binding Trade Confirmation is issued immediately via email;
- The client is notified via email and/or phone when funds are received (if applicable)
- The client is notified via email and/or phone when funds have been collected, cleared and fully credited to our bank account
- The client is then notified via email and/or phone when items are being prepared to ship (if applicable)
- Our client is notified that items have shipped and provided with the shipper information and tracking number (if applicable)
- The client then receives a follow-up phone call from us to ensure complete satisfaction
