Return Policy
Our precious metals return policy is outlined as follows: Should you elect to return an item from your order, you must notify us within 5 business days from the date that you receive the item(s), as demonstrated by your signature with the shipping carrier upon delivery. You must contact us via telephone at (800) 390-8576 during the normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA must be included with the item(s) that you are returning. You are fully responsible for return shipping and handling costs, as well as any applicable state taxes.
Fisher Precious Metals reserves the right to reject any returned or exchanged items that are not in the exact condition in which they were shipped to you, the customer. Please note that all items shipped to you have been digitally authenticated and shipped under high definition video surveillance cameras. We will not accept a return of any items other than the exact items we have shipped to you. Fisher Precious Metals also reserves the right to use our discretion, in the event of an exchange request, to replace the original item(s) with an acceptable replacement.
Once your return is received, if any market loss to Fisher Precious Metals has occurred, it will be calculated and billed to your verified credit card that was entered online with your order. If we do not have your verified credit card, you will be invoiced for the market loss amount due and you will have 10 business days to make payment. No future orders may be permitted until that amount is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Fisher Precious Metals.
